North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC) is engaged in the production of oil and gas in Kazakhstan. NCOC is an operating company for the North Caspian Sea Production Sharing Agreement (NCSPSA). The agreement includes 7 companies consisting of KazMunayGas, Eni, ExxonMobil, Royal Dutch Shell, Total S.A. (16.81% each ), China National Petroleum Corporation (8.4%) and Inpex, (7.56%). As of 2015, the company employed 2584 personnel
